SunPower Back-Contact High-Performance Module 95 Wp - High-Power Solar Cell Meets Back-Contact Technology

The WATTSTUNDE® SPS modules are significantly smaller and lighter than conventional 95 watt modules and offer a high efficiency of over 24% thanks to Back-Contact technology. They are therefore ideal for mobile use on motorhomes, in garden sheds and all other 12V off-grid solar systems that require maximum power in the smallest possible area.

The WATTSTUNDE® SP solar modules are equipped with Back-Contact Sunpower cells, which have a much higher cell efficiency than normal monocrystalline or polycrystalline solar modules, thus ensuring higher energy yield and saving volume and weight!

The modules are enclosed in a sturdy hollow-chamber profile frame and promise maximum stability, even under extreme conditions.
Thanks to their anti-reflective glass, the modules let significantly more light through and therefore ensure higher transmission compared to other modules. The efficiency of the monocrystalline SunPower solar modules is 24%. The modules are factory-equipped with a cable connection and MC4 connectors to simplify the connection of multiple modules.
 

Thanks to Back-Contact technology, the cell can absorb more light and convert the increased absorption into electrical energy.

With normal polycrystalline or monocrystalline modules, you can clearly see the running, usually silver, contacts (cell connectors) on the surface of the cell. These contacts are not present in the back-contact modules, thus preventing shading of the cell and contributing to higher efficiency.
Thanks to the integrated bypass diodes in the junction box, the module can continue to produce power even with shading or weak light conditions.

The solar modules of the WATTSTUNDE® WS-SP series are high-quality modules with monocrystalline SunPower cells, which always promise top results and high energy yield. They can be installed and used in all self-sufficient battery applications such as in motorhomes, garden sheds, camping, off-grid systems and all other off-grid systems.

In addition to a 12V battery, you also need a charge controller that regulates the power supply and thus prevents overcharging or, if necessary, deep discharge of the battery. In addition, it ensures optimal charging voltage and guarantees the necessary reverse current protection at night.
