Mobile yet resilient

The housing frames of all WATTSTUNDE® DAYLIGHT models are made of anodized aluminum - this light yet strong material guarantees a high degree of mobility and durability. It is extremely weather-resistant and highly stable, making it the ideal material. With dimensions of 810 x 535 x 35 mm and a weight of just 5.45 kg, they are significantly smaller and lighter than conventional 80 watt modules.

Specially manufactured ESG anti-reflective glasses

The high-performance modules have acid-etched anti-reflective glass installed, which has a self-cleaning effect (lotus effect). Thanks to a special pre-treatment, the solar modules have a high permeability, which is noticeable in an increased power yield. Regardless of whether there is a storm, hail, snow or salt water - thanks to the stable construction and water-repellent surface, they can withstand even extreme climatic conditions!

Stable, wind and weatherproof construction

Due to our personal demands on the quality of our solar modules, we monitor every production step: from cell production to the assembly of the components to the finished product. The modules are therefore stable enough to meet the requirements of outdoor use. They are therefore ideal for mobile use in mobile homes, in garden houses and all other 12V solar island systems. Simple installation, quick commissioning and prepared materials make assembly child's play!

Optimum energy yield

The WATTSTUNDE SPS DAYLIGHT solar modules are equipped with Sunpower cells with back contact. But what does that mean? With normal modules, you can clearly see the running, usually silver contacts (cell connectors) on the surface of the cell. These contacts are not present in the back contact modules and thus prevent the cell from being shaded. Thanks to their anti-reflective glass, the modules let through significantly more light and therefore ensure a higher transmission than other modules. The result is a significantly higher cell efficiency of over 22%, which ensures a higher energy yield, which in turn saves volume and weight!
Optimum performance in the smallest space - the high-performance modules guarantee a constant energy supply, especially in poor and diffuse lighting conditions.

Protection according to IP65

The modules are factory-equipped with a 90 cm cable connection and MC4 connectors to simplify the connection of several modules.
They can be installed and used in any self-sufficient battery application such as in mobile homes, garden houses, camping, island systems and all off-grid systems.
Thanks to the integrated bypass diodes in the junction box, the module can continue to produce electricity even in shade or low light conditions. The junction boxes are protected against the ingress of water and dust in accordance with IP65.

Further information

In addition to a 12V battery, you also need a charge controller that prevents the power supply and thus overcharging or, if necessary, deep discharging of the battery. This also ensures an optimal charging voltage and guarantees the necessary reverse current protection at night.
