Votronic Battery Charger VAC 45-10/25 Triple
The devices of the VAC Triple series consist of a VAC mains charger and a VCC charging converter including Battery Trainer.
Instead of the integrated MPP solar controller of the VBCS Triple series, these devices feature an intelligent charging current distributor that divides the charging current of the mains charger and supplies the starter battery with a higher charging current of 10 or 15 A. This way, higher loads on the starter battery (entertainment, blue light, horn, etc.) can be buffered and the vehicle's starting capability can be permanently ensured.
If the high charging current for the starter battery is no longer needed, the charging current distributor makes it available to the leisure battery.
Mains Operation, Standby operation via external socket from the power grid
Full charging power in the universal wide range of 110 V AC - 230 V AC is available worldwide without switching, even with large deviations in the mains supply (under/overvoltage, sine wave form, frequency).
Powerful charging of the leisure battery and supply of 12 V consumers from the mains
as well as a charging current distributor with a 2nd charging branch 12 V/10-15 A for charging the starter battery and supplying the 12 V vehicle consumers from the mains - with trickle charging during long downtimes.
Thanks to the multi-stage long-term charging characteristics, the device can be permanently connected to the mains (emergency service, winter break) and keep the batteries fit.
The VAC Triple series corresponds to the VOTRONIC individual devices in terms of quality, features and functions and is characterized by its particularly compact and lightweight design. The devices contribute significantly to cost reduction and help save valuable space in the motorhome. Acquisition, installation and connection wiring are reduced to a minimum, thus saving valuable resources.
