The VAC-F II charger series is intended for vehicle installation and complies with the FNFW requirements in the current fire brigade standard DIN 14679 for charging auxiliary and starter batteries in emergency vehicles.
In addition, the devices are protective insulated according to protection class II, equipped with a 2-wire mains cable and do not require a protective conductor connection. Special case: In the event of a (mains) single installation in protection class II in the vehicle according to DIN 14679 Annex C, the device's mains connection cable can simply be replaced with the then prescribed heavy H07RN-F 2 x 2.5 mm². The mains connection terminals are easily accessible in the device.
