The Blue Smart IP67 Battery Charger is the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, adjusting settings and updating the charger when new features become available.
Simply download the app to your smartphone and connect to the battery charger via Bluetooth.

Completely encased: waterproof, shockproof and flame retardant.
Water, oil or dirt cannot damage the Blue Smart IP67 charger. The housing is made of cast aluminum and the electronics are encapsulated in resin.

High efficiency
With an efficiency of up to 94%, these chargers generate up to four times less heat compared to industry standards. Furthermore, once the battery is fully charged, power consumption drops to less than 0.5 watts, which is about five to ten times better than the industry standard.

Auxiliary Output (1+Si)
Models with auxiliary output (1+Si) feature a second current-limited output that is always supplied with power as long as 180 – 265V AC is available at the input. This output can be used, for example, to prevent a vehicle from starting before the battery charger has been disconnected (start interlock function).

Adaptive 6-stage charging algorithm: Test- Bulk - Absorption - Recondition - Float - Storage
The Blue Smart charger features micro-processor controlled, "adaptive" battery management. "Adaptive" means that the charging process is automatically adapted to the type of battery use.

Storage Mode:
Reduced maintenance and aging during battery inactivity:
Storage mode is activated when no discharge has occurred within 24 hours. The float voltage is then reduced to 2.2V/cell (13.2V for a 12V battery) to minimize gas evolution and thus prevent corrosion of the positive plates. Once a week, the voltage is increased to the gassing voltage level. This achieves a type of equalization charge that prevents electrolyte stratification and sulfation - the two main causes of premature battery failure.

Also charges Lithium-Ion (LiFePO4) batteries
LiFePO4 batteries are charged with a simple constant current phase – constant voltage phase – float voltage phase algorithm.

NIGHT and LOW settings
If the device is in NIGHT or LOW mode, the output current is reduced to a maximum of 25% of the rated output and the charger operates completely silently. NIGHT mode ends automatically after 8 hours. LOW mode can be ended manually.

Overheat protection The output current is reduced if the temperature rises to up to 50°C, but the Blue Smart charger will not fail.
