SC503 - high-precision combined shunt resistor for the battery monitor PICO

It can be used to monitor the power consumption of large consumers (inverters, bow and stern thrusters, anchor winches) and power generators (shore power chargers and solar modules). It also enables the monitoring of tanks for fuel, fresh water and grey water.

SC503 is an innovative combination of shunt and tank level module. The active combination shunt SC503 ensures precise monitoring of the battery voltage in systems with 12 V, 24 V, 48 V, 60 V and 72 V, the battery temperature and continuous currents of up to 500 A (peak 600 A). It is suitable for a maximum power of 7200 W at 12 V, 14,400 W at 24 V or 28,800 W at 48 V.

It has an additional battery voltage input (2 in total).

The integrated tank level has 2 resistance inputs for monitoring the tank level or temperature and an additional JST socket for the temperature sensor with JST connection. In addition, the SC503 module can also be used to monitor the power consumption of large consumers such as inverters, bow and stern thrusters and anchor winches and power generated by generators such as shore power chargers, solar modules, hydro and wind power generators.

The SC503's innovative proprietary architecture allows connection to either the negative side (up to 72 V) or the positive side (up to 24 V).
