The original! Now with ECO-EPDM rubber FORSHEDA snubbers are made of ECO-EPDM rubber, a material with the best resistance properties against sunlight, salt water and ozone. ECO-EPDM rubber does not fade. The line is simply threaded through the patented nylon clamps at each end, no further knots are necessary. New material composition for better properties and over 60% made from environmentally friendly materials. The elongation length of the FORSHEDA rubber snubbers can be adjusted to local conditions: • 1 turn: of the line around the snubber in calm waters without surge or waves. Little freedom of movement for the boat, low damping • 2 turns: of the line around the snubber in light surge and in tidal waters. • 3 turns: of the line around the snubber in open and unprotected berths. Lots of freedom of movement for the boat, strong damping
